Need an NNN Agreement Before Talking to a Supplier?

A standard Western NDA is often not enough for a China manufacturing relationship. A properly prepared China NNN agreement can address three separate risks:

Prevent the supplier from using your information, designs or product concept for its own benefit.

Protect Your Tooling, Moulds and Product Designs

If you pay for tooling or moulds, the contract should make clear who owns them and their IP, where they can be used, whether they can be copied or modified, when they must be returned and the consequences of non-return.
